iVUE Customer Care & Billing   Solutions Telecom Fact Sheet
Accurate and flexible billing is an essential component of quality customer service. iVUE® SIS Billing allows you to quickly and efficiently track a wide variety of customer billing-related processes. You can also automate payments using E-Bill Presentment/Payment software, allowing for credit card, debit card or check payments, including Remittance and Lockbox interfacing.
 
  • Using iVUE SIS, you can access unlimited transaction history by account, location, equipment test history. You can easily drill down for detailed information, including before and after values where necessary.
    Customer alerts are visible from any customer screens whenever the customer’s information is accessed. Hyperlinks embedded within the application navigate you quickly to other screens or pop up detailed information.
  • Report Manager allows you to schedule any report to be run at a specific time/date and automatically print, view or e-mail the report output.
  • Multiple methods for accepting customer payments are available, including Lock Box, Remit Plus/Check 21, Online Payments via Self-Serve, Electronic Posting of Online Bill Payments, Hand Held payment scanners, Cash Register, Recurring Credit and ACH payments and batch entry.
  • The Set Aside feature allows you to "set your work aside" when the phone rings. You can work on a different account and then retrieve your work.
  • Integration to other iVUE modules eliminates redundancy by providing a single-entry system. Automated device provisioning to supported video, voice, wireless and other peripheral devices.
