Our sales staff and system technicians will help you select a configuration, visit your site to install the application server for the NISC software, integrate it with your existing network, load and test software and train your staff on system administration functions. We will assist you with tuning, diagnostics and other system administrative support needs you may require.
- Hardware Solutions - NISC provides best-in-class solutions for all your IT hardware requirements including Linux and Windows server configurations, PCs, laptops, printers, network equipment, scanners, cash drawers, receipt printers and many other components, with options available for any IT budget. We have entered into strategic partnerships with companies to ensure dependability, flexibility and upgradeability to meet the changing needs of our customers and ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Itron MVRS and Handheld Systems - NISC provides sales, installation and support of Itron’s MVRS meter reading software and handheld units, as well as standard and custom interfaces for iVUE®.
- PC/LAN - NISC is a Microsoft® Solutions Provider and provides sales, installation and support for Windows networks, Windows operating systems, PC hardware and software and your Local Area Network (LAN). The Technical Services staff can assist you with your initial installation, as well as your day-to-day operations, network analysis or special needs assessment.
- WAN/VPM - Complete sales, service and support are available for all of your Wide Area Network (WAN) or Virtual Private Network (VPN) needs. Connectivity solutions are available for main headquarter, remote office, campus, off site and virtual staffing. Whether you need a complete WAN combining data, voice+FAX leased analog, digital or T1 lines, frame relay, VLAN or VPN connectivity, NISC can assist with analysis, system design, installation and support.
- Premise Wiring - If you are constructing or renovating a building or redesigning your network, NISC can help you determine your premise wiring needs and design. Termination and certification services are available to ensure computer system connectivity. Through our group purchasing ability, we can normally provide substantial savings on most wiring materials.
