Vern Dosch is NISC's President and Chief Executive Officer. Former General Manager of North Central Data Cooperative (NCDC) for seven years, Dosch advocates that the highest priority at NISC will be to ensure the continued viability of its Member/Customer organizations through advanced information technology solutions and service.
Dosch's career at NCDC began in 1985 as Office Manager. Between 1979 and 1985, Dosch was employed with Basin Electric Cooperative in Bismarck, N.D., where he served as a Financial Analyst and a Leverage Lease Management Analyst. Dosch began his career in the utility business in 1975 with a distribution cooperative in Bismarck. Dosch holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters in Management degree from the University of Mary, Bismarck.
