The Research, Development & Quality Division oversees the design, development and delivering of software solutions that meet the needs of NISC's Members/Customers. The short-term focus of the Research, Development and Quality division is to further enhance and develop current NISC products. The long-term focus will be the convergence of both product lines into a single NISC solution. The division works closely with other NISC divisions gathering external and internal enhancement suggestions, designing project specifications and training and communicating internal technical procedures, project progress and outcomes. Dan Wilbanks is Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the Research, Development and Quality Division of NISC.
Prior to assuming his present position, Wilbanks was employed at Central Area Data Processing Cooperative (CADP) for 21 years. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Lindenwood University, St. Charles, Mo.
